Jaime Durso
Outreach Program Coordinator, Yoga Teacher
Jaime brings a rooted, holistic approach to recovery, with a joyful commitment to supporting individuals on their unique journey back to wholeness. She blends her background in yoga teacher training and Psychospiritual Coaching with a passion for mental health, integrating therapeutic modalities with the grounding forces of nature and embodied creativity.
Jaime’s multifaceted approach to recovery emphasizes the importance of slow, intentional living and healing in community. Through breath, movement, guided imagery, facilitated therapeutic journaling, and self-inquiry practice, Jaime empowers people to rewrite the story of who they’re becoming, rather than living in the shadow of hardships they’ve faced. With a warm and playful presence, she encourages individuals to embrace the raw, full-spectrum rapture of human experience through their recovery process; all parts are welcome! Outside of work, Jaime draws inspiration from her deep connection with the natural world. As she learns from nature, she hopes to compassionately remind people of the medicine in their bones and the renewed invitation to choose healing in every passing moment. |
Alison BartishYoga Therapist, Marketing Coordinator
Alison brings a grounded, light-hearted approach to healing, guiding individuals toward self-acceptance and inner harmony by blending somatic practices, mindfulness, and creative exploration. With over 1,000 hours of yoga training and a focus on trauma-informed practices, she is currently completing her Yoga Therapy practicum with the DAYA Foundation, where she deepens her knowledge of integrating yoga and mental health.
Alison’s approach is shaped by her personal healing journey and her commitment to empowering others to embrace their wholeness. Through medicinal movement, breath-work, and mindfulness-based approaches such as polyvagal theory and art therapy, she creates sacred spaces for individuals to find home within themselves, helping them move beyond the shadows of grief, loss, and trauma. When not teaching, Alison finds inspiration through music, movement, and nature—whether hiking in the forest, dancing to the sound of her favorite playlist, or flowing in rhythm with the seasons. She is passionate about creating transformative experiences that allow individuals to feel seen, supported, and ready to embrace life with renewed clarity and balance. |
